Be conscious to positioning of upper arm

今晩の気づき。

先生から「見る」ことの大切さについて改めて気付きをいただけました。

先生は常日ごろ「手本の動きをよく観察すること」、
そして「頭の中で再生できるようにすること」を強調されます。

この点、ぼくも気をつけて先生の動きを観察しているのですが…
先生と技の話をさせていただくと、
先生とぼくとの視点がまったく違うことによく驚かされます。

今晩の稽古でもそうでした。

ひょっとしたら、よく観察すること以前に
先生の動きを観察する絶対量が足りないのかもしれません。

絶対量を増やすには、
ただただ目の前の動きをよく観察するしかありません（笑）

タマゴが先か、ニワトリが先かみたいな話ですね。

でもこのことに改めて気づけたことが収穫です。

こんなこと思いだしました（あるコーチから学びました）。

　知らないことを、　知らない。
　知らないことを、　知っている。
　知っていることを、知っている。
　知っていることを、知らない。

自分はいまどこなのでしょう。

いまこう書いていて気付いたのですが、
先生の観察は焦点が絞られていて洞察にまで及んでいるのかもです。。。

継続は力なりです。

Sensei said it’s important to looking at a waza (model) and to playing back the model in your head. In this point, I learned the difference between Sensei’s view and my view of waza (model).

Sensei’s view of waza
– He accumulates many models in absolute amounts.
– He focuses on waza.
– Therefore he gains insight into the waza.

My view of waza
– I have not enough model’s records in absolute amounts.
– I vaguely see waza.
– Therefore I don’t gain insight into the waza.

As a first step to Sensei :),
I’m going to accumulating many models of waza.

Small notice, however, it’s important for me.

And it’s reminds me of some coaching model…
– Not knowing what one isn’t able to know.
– Knowing what one isn’t able to know.
– Knowing what one is able to know.
– Not knowing what one knows.

Where is my position…?
I hope in knowing what I am not able to know.

Anyway, continuation is key to the way.

In our practice, Tenkan divids two step.
Irimi( change direction ), then, Tenkan ( step backward – Hanmi).

Irimi-nage (no-tenkan) do this Irimi,
then, step back (off-balance）and throw.

I like this Irimi-nage, but, difficult…

涅槃会の今日、” ダライ・ラマ「語る」” という新書(小学館101新書 ダライ・ラマ/相馬優)を読み終えました。半ばダライ・ラマの自伝要素(ダライラマとして選ばれた幼少期、中国との対話、後継者の問題)もあるので、ダライ・ラマ氏の抱えている状況をリアルに感じることができた。そして当たり前のことだけど、自分たちも確実に “歴史” の中に生きているのだなと痛感した。新書らしくサクサクよめ、でも内容ありありでした(^^

I read a interview book of Dalai Lama in Nirvana Day – 15 Feb – . I might feel his position because this book contains his whole life history (how he selected as Dalai Lama, dialogue with china, his heir as Dalai Lama). It might sound obvious, however, in present moment I live in history…

I read “ Something Great “. Author is famous for DNA analysis. He says DNA has 3 billion information. But 5% of DNA only to work. That’s why we have many room and it depends on our mind.

The lights in the tunnelという本を読み終えました。

この本はめちゃ面白かったです。

急加速するオートメーション化（ムーアの法則など）によって、
ひとの仕事がうばわれるとき、
どのような経済がまっているかをつきつめて述べています。

軽く流してしまいそうなテーマをつきつめている姿勢がとても好きです。

考えられる未来としてワークシェアリング、
そして個人への税金が減る分をオートメーション化で
儲かっている企業への増税などで埋めてはどうかなどトピック満載。

テクノロジーの情報にも目配せをしないとなと思わせれる一冊でした。

I read “The lights in the tunnel”. This book’s theme is advancing technology eliminates our job. Author thoroughly pursue this overlooked point. I like his insight. Good book.
